Application for Level IV

Before submitting this application, you will need to secure a letter of recommendation from your High Priestess. After you submit this application, you will be asked to submit payment via PayPal, check, or money order. Once your application is received, the Ordination Council will contact you to notify you of acceptance and help you start Level IV studies.

At the end of this form, you will be asked to swear to uphold our Order's Traditions. Please read them carefully before you apply.
